Information you provide
Most current creator tools run in your browser and do not require an account. If you contact us or purchase a product, information such as your email address and order details may be processed so we can provide support and fulfill the purchase.
Payments
Payments for paid products may be handled by a third-party payment provider. CreatorToolPilot does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number. The payment provider may process information according to its own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
CreatorToolPilot may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics and advertising. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this website or other websites.
Users can manage personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings. Where legally required, we will use appropriate consent tools before using non-essential advertising or measurement technologies.
Information sharing
We may use service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, security and advertising. Information may be shared with those providers only as needed to operate those services or when required by law.

Auto Subtitle Maker Beta
When you use the Auto Subtitle Maker beta, the uploaded video remains on your device for preview and rendering. To generate automatic subtitles, CreatorToolPilot may create a short audio-only copy of the clip in your browser and send that audio to our Cloudflare-based transcription service. The beta supports videos up to 3 minutes. For longer uploads within that limit, the audio may be split into short transcription chunks and is used only to return the requested subtitles.
ToolMint Suggestions
If you submit a ToolMint tool suggestion, we may receive the tool name, category, your explanation, the page it was sent from, and an email address only if you choose to provide one. We use this information to review ideas and improve ToolMint.
Marketplace images
When a logged-in seller submits a marketplace listing, selected cover and preview images may be stored in Cloudflare R2 so they can be reviewed and displayed with the listing.
